Orders and Shipping
For orders received before 1:00 pm eastern are shipped the same day. Most orders take 2-5 days to be delivered by the carrier.
Please go to the My Account page to login with an existing account or create a new account if you don’t already have one with us.
Your order shipping address can’t normally be changed due to our fast shipping policy. You can send an email to hello@smokeopedia.comand we will do our very best to help.
You can track your order using the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email.
We do not store any credit card information.
Sales tax is automatically calculated and charged based on the your delivery address.
We currently only ship within USA
We always do our best to send all items together, however we have occasionally we have to split the order in case they are being fulfilled from different warehouses.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on all unused products, as well as electronics within their original, unopened packaging, up to 30 days after the order has been placed. If the product has been used, even just once, we cannot accept the return.*

An order can be cancelled before it is shipped out. Once it has been shipped we are unable to make any changes to the order.
We offer pre-order facility on some items. If the option is available for a particular product you will see it appear in the product page.
